Fundable Projects

The funding application consists of two stages; an eligibility check application (Is the project innovative?) and the submission of the decision as a payment application, in which the commercial framework conditions are checked.

In simple terms, innovative in-house research and development services for companies liable for tax in Germany are eligible for funding. The funding amounts to up to €3.5 million per year (from 2024) for SMEs and 25% of €10 million in funding for other companies.
